Focus and Scope
This journal seeks to challenge traditional models of scholarship. Our overt mission of this journal is to transform writers and readers alike into practicing intellectuals by exploring the different facets of critical thinking and praxis (action). CS & P is multi-lingual, multi-cultural, inclusive and experimental. We look for the most original, provocative submissions possible. In this sense, the journal is not limited to just text we also seek alternate venues of reflection such as interactive applications and visual representations. Our mission is to provide a space for exploration of transformative ideas. It is intended particularly for students and professionals interested in the transformation of culture and society.

Peer Review Process
All manuscripts submitted to the JOURNAL are reviewed critically with criteria explicitly available to all prospective authors. It is the responsibility of the Editor-in-Chief, the Associate Editors, and the Editorial Board to determine their suitability for publication. After receipt of a manuscript by the Editor, it is sent to an Associate Editor. The essay is peer-reviewed by at least 2 students members of the journal Peer-Review Board as well as the Editor-in-Chief. The The Peer-Review Board member then makes a definitive recommendation for acceptance or revision based on the merit and quality of the article. All articles meeting the review criteria will be published. It is the responsibility of the editors to communicate to authors in a manner that revisions will be conducive to publication. All Board members and referees who review a manuscript remain unknown to the authors, but not the criteria. The Editors and referees treat every manuscript as privileged information, and they are instructed to exclude themselves from review of any manuscript that might involve a conflict of interest or the appearance thereof. On submission of a manuscript, authors are urged to suggest potential reviewers who have not seen the manuscript before submission, especially members of the Peer-Review Board.

Open Access Policy
This journal provides open access to all of it content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. Such access is associated with increased readership and increased citation of an author's work. For more information on this approach, see the Public Knowledge Project, which has designed this system to improve the scholarly and public quality of research, and which freely distributes the journal system as well as other software to support the open access publishing of scholarly resources.
